We try to display product details, colors, fitment information, images, and prices accurately. However, screen colors, lighting, production batches, and custom finishes may vary.

Motorcycle fairing compatibility depends on the exact brand, model, year, and version of the motorcycle. Customers are responsible for checking their motorcycle details before ordering.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not mean the order has been finally accepted. We may contact you to confirm fitment, shipping information, payment details, or custom requirements. We may refuse or cancel an order if information is incomplete, payment is declined, the product is unavailable, or we suspect misuse or fraud.

Custom orders

Custom motorcycle fairing orders may require additional confirmation before production. Customers should provide clear references, color requirements, logo files, and motorcycle details.

Once a custom order is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional cost.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency unless stated otherwise. Taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges may not be included in the product price or shipping charge. These charges are the customer's responsibility where applicable.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs inspection, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other events outside our control. Risk of delay after shipment may depend on the carrier and destination country.

Intellectual property and customer content

Store content, product photos, text, design layouts, and branding belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. Customers who provide logos, artwork, or race replica references are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use those materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our store, delayed delivery, installation issues, or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
