This Shipping Policy explains order processing, production time, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and shipping support for motorcycle fairing orders.

Standard in-stock items may require processing time before shipment. Custom painted fairing kits and made-to-order products require additional time for fitment confirmation, artwork confirmation, painting, finishing, curing, and quality checks.
Processing and production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Custom fairing production time
Custom motorcycle fairing orders normally take longer than standard products. Production time depends on the model, design complexity, color finish, decal requirements, order queue, and customer approval speed.
We recommend confirming the current estimated production time before placing a custom order.
Shipping destinations
We ship to many international destinations. Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates may vary by country, region, product size, and carrier availability.
If your destination is remote or difficult to deliver, we may contact you for additional shipping confirmation.
Tracking information
After your order ships, we will provide tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only. Packages may be delayed by customs inspection, carrier transfer, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, incorrect address information, or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays after the package has shipped, but we will help you check tracking information where possible.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Refusing a package because of customs or import fees may affect refund eligibility.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, photos of the package, and photos of damaged items.
We will review the issue and may work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution options depend on the carrier result, shipping insurance, order details, and the evidence provided.
