Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and custom motorcycle fairing orders are handled.

Return eligibility

To request a return, contact us first with your order number, email address, photos, and a clear explanation of the issue. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging unless the issue is caused by damage, defect, or an order mistake confirmed by us.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom painted fairings, personalized decal designs, special color orders, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or refund after production has started, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the confirmed order details.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

We will review the case and may offer replacement parts, repair support, a partial refund, a replacement, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

Fitment issues

Motorcycle fairing fitment depends on the exact model, year, version, and installation process. If you believe there is a fitment issue, contact us with photos of the motorcycle, fairing panels, mounting points, and order details.

Issues caused by incorrect motorcycle information, modification of the motorcycle, improper installation, or forced installation may not qualify for a refund.

Return shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our confirmed mistake, defect, or shipping damage.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and carrier fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider or bank. We may need to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Standard orders can usually be cancelled only before processing or shipment. Custom orders can usually be cancelled only before artwork approval or production starts.

Non-returnable situations

Returns or refunds may be refused for installed items, used items, modified items, damaged items caused by customer handling, incorrect model information provided by the customer, buyer's remorse on custom products, or packages refused due to unpaid customs/import fees.
